The birthday king, on the day of his party last Sunday, September 4th
check out some of the decorations I put up on my parents back porch/backyard, it was 'Finding Nemo' theme cause he loves fish:
there were fish lights in front of the windows with blue streamers behind them that blew in the wind to look like water
you can sorta see the pond with waterfall that my Dad built from scratch, Jason loves sitting in the swing and watching the water, they have 18 fish, Coy and Goldfish that are pretty big
to the far right by the porch you can see the big blow up firetruck ballpit that I got him, my parents got him the little slide. It has a mini rock climbing wall on the side.
Eating up all the party food, he loved hot sausage, and cheese puffs.
Onto the presents, he was examining everything and helped open all of his gifts like a pro. Good thing, because he had a ton!
He couldn't even wait for it to come out of the box, he loved that truck. He opened it first, but kept going back to it and walking around holding it.
See what I mean about that truck? haha. He liked the Hokey Pokey Elmo that I got him, it cracks me up. His other favorite was the toy flip up cell phone I got him to replace mine which he likes to steal. It records so I put things on there and he plays it and smiles and starts "talking" on the phone back to my voice. It looks so real!
Then it was cake time
this was his personal 'smash cake'
He wasn't so sure about the cake..at first....
the transition between a clean birthday boy, and a very sticky one..we let him have fun, it was HIS day after all
Is that my little man under there??? haha
He didn't take much of a nap due to all of the excitement..and sugar..so by 10:30 he looked like a zombie. Here is the aftermath of a very good birthday party... Jason with my big brother- his Uncle Ricky
